About the Laboratory
Our laboratory focuses on the signal transduction pathways that regulate monocyte activation including induction of the NADPH oxidase, potent increases in 15-lipoxygenase expression, regulation of MCP-1 chemotaxis and the contributions of endogenous ligands for innate immune receptors to monocyte activation.
